I just bought something from the website. How long will it take to arrive?

We make use of third party courier services for deliveries with the strictest confidentiality. Courier deliveries may take 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. No courier deliveries are made over a weekend or public holidays. You will receive a confirming email and courier tracking number once the parcel has been picked up.

Is VAT included on the prices?

How can I place an order?

1. Once you have found the product you want to purchase, click the "ADD TO CART" button.
2. Then click the "proceed to checkout" button to complete a form requiring your contact and delivery details.
3. Choose the shipping and payment option you prefer.
4. Then click on complete order.
5. Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation via email.

How is payment effected? Is it secure?

We also have a payment through PAYFLEX,  which allows you to pay in 4 equal interest free instalments. We assure you that either of these methods is extremely secure and all orders are treated with strict confidentiality.

How much does shipping cost?

What if the item I desire is out of stock?

If all items are available, your purchase will be discreetly packaged and couriered to you. Should the scenario arise where an item is not immediately obtainable we will contact you with suggestions of similar items which could replace your selection, or an estimated lead-time of when your desired product will be sent.

What is your return policy?

This means that products* designed to come into contact with any body part or body fluid is non-returnable unless if you can prove a factory default: *PLEASE NOTE: Once these products leave our store, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

Where will my package be delivered?

Please ensure then that a person is available to receive the package from 8am – 4pm weekdays. Before you gasp and say, “but I don’t want anyone to see what I’ve bought!,’ our packaging is completely discreet and nondescript.
