You should always use warm water. Lubricate the cuffs with toy cleaner and let it sit for a minute. Then rub them clean and dry with a clean cloth or handkerchief. Do not use chlorine, solvents or chemical cleaning agents when cleaning the buoy set. These can damage the material so much that it will never look like new again.
